1. Farms: We partner with local Asian American farmers and other farmers of color to source top quality fresh and sustainably grown specialty Asian produce.
2. Food Roots: The produce is transported from our farmers to Food Roots for sorting and distribution.
3. Distribution: Produce is sold and distributed to local restaurants, corner stores/markets, health clinics, and other institutions.
4. Community: A portion of our profits are reinvested in community programs such as, free healthy cooking and nutrition workshops, fresh produce donations to low-income families, and subsidized premade healthy meals.
